Alfred I. DuPont Building is a building that is part of Miami’s history. This building is located on 169 East Flagler Street and has 17 floors. This modern-style rectangular building was built in 1937 and completed in 1939. Alfred I. DuPont Building provides an elegant place for special occasions, from corporate events to weddings. The building has an area of 22,000 square feet for two ballrooms, North Ballroom and South Ballroom, elegant in style. The ceiling of this room is decorated with Tennessee marble with a height of 30 feet making it a great place for a la hora loca entertainment event. North Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 persons and has a stage that is placed on top of an original security vault. On the other hand, South Ballroom has a capacity for 550 people and is perfect for lavish and lively dinners.
- Comber Hall.
The Comber Hall was built in 1926 and has two beautiful floors. Comber Hall is located next to the Church of the Little Flower in the center of Coral Gables. Trees surround the area around the Comber Hall. The building has a historic architecture with beautiful gardens, fountains, palm trees, and spacious lawns. It is a very suitable place to hold a wedding reception. This building has two ballrooms with a dance floor. Each hall can accommodate between 250 and 300 people. You can catch a dinner or cocktail reception. You can also take photos with a beautiful garden as background.
- Coral Gables Country Club.
As the name implies, this Coral Gables Country Club is located in Florida’s Coral Gables city. This place is a historic location that exudes elegance and is very suitable as a place to hold a wedding. Coral Gables can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. The building which was founded in 1924 has a Mediterranean architectural style with Brazilian cherry hardwood and marble floors. This building has a height of 25 feet with Austrian crystal chandelier, so it displays a beautiful and glamorous background. This building has a Fountain Room, Courtyard and Merrick Room with three adjacent rooms with a capacity of up to 60 people. There are also foyers and poolside which are perfect for cocktail receptions. Also, you can hold events in the outdoor pool area which can accommodate up to 300 guests.
